About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical Market Research Analyst to support strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights into market trends, competitors, and customer behavior in Switzerland and international markets.

In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing, product, and business strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
  • Gather and analyze primary and secondary data through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and databases.
  • Develop market segmentation, customer personas, and trend reports.
  • Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights to management.
  • Support product development, marketing campaigns, and business strategy with research findings.
  • Track and report on market dynamics, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain research databases, dashboards, and reporting templates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align insights with business objectives.
  • Ensure research methodologies and data practices comply with Swiss and EU data privacy regulations (GDPR).
  • Stay updated on market research tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, R, Python) and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with survey tools (SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) and secondary research sources.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings to senior management.
  • Fluent in English; German or French is a strong advantage.
