Senior Product Manager

🚀About the Position

We are looking for a Product Manager Senior

• Deeply analyze customer needs and business problems. Using the continuous discovery method, dive deep into our customers’ problems, identify opportunities, run experiments, and ideate solutions.
• Rapidly develop impactful solutions to address specific problems and optimize user experiences.
• Develop product strategy: You’ll prioritize work that will move the needle for our customers and help us reach our business OKRs.
• Take full ownership of your work throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, review, feedback, testing, and post-release analysis.
• Collaborate closely with a team of highly talented Product Designers, Engineers and Growth experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.
• Build knowledge: You will be in charge of building expertise in your product area, by combining customer research, analytics, and market analysis

• Product sense: You’re passionate and good at understanding customers and industry trends. You have a track record of building great products.
• User Research & Data: You’re able to conduct advanced user research, and use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decisions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth.
• You are an action profile: You want to get things done. You’re willing to take risks and challenge the status quo.
• Product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups in SaaS sector.
• PLG mindset: Strong experience with creating growth strategies
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences.
• Languages: You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills to engage with all team members within the company.
• Knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry is a plus
