Role Overview: At Scaler, we’re building features that accelerate product-led growth. You’ll work across the stack to ship experiments, build AI-powered features and turn insights into scalable product improvements.
You’ll work side-by-side with the leadership team, translating big-picture goals into measurable results, removing friction across the business, and making sure we operate with clarity, speed, and impact.
Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Implementing personalized content generation, intelligent recommendations, and automated user assistance features
- Data-Driven Development: Developing and validating features using data analysis
- Data Analysis: Analyzing our client data to identify optimization opportunities and translate insights into automated solutions
- Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborating with product and operations teams to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Rapid Prototyping: Building proof-of-concepts for quick validation and iterative development
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a full-stack engineer or strong project-based track record.
- Affinity with AI and AI models (e.g. prompt engineering, RAGs, guardrails, evals)
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, code review, testing, CI/CD).
- Languages : Typescript, Python, PHP, CSS, SQL
- Experience using frameworks like Tailwind CSS, FastAPI, Django, Laravel and ECharts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate technical concepts and persuade cross-functional partners on technical direction.
- Quick learning ability and adaptability to new challenges and emerging AI technologies, which is essential for success in this innovative space.
- Purposeful curiosity, you prototype, test, and iterate to find what works.
- Background in A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis. 
- 25 paid vacation days per year, but opportunity for more if needed
