Full Stack Developer (AWS) - Stockholm - Finance Industry

Our rapidly expanding fintech company in Sweden empowers individuals to make smarter financial decisions by comparing loan offers and providing expert loan advice, all through a free, user-friendly platform. With a customer base in the hundreds of thousands and partnerships with dozens of financial institutions, this company is at the forefront of digital financial services and is looking to grow the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale a modern, microservices-based platform.
• Take ownership of backend and full-stack features using Node.js, NestJS, MySQL (RDS), MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, and AWS.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies as Scrum Master, focusing on stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (minimal admin, more facilitation).
• Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers, contributing your ideas and technical vision.
• Play a key role in technical and strategic decisions, with opportunities for career progression.
• Integrate with a wide range of financial partners, supporting a rapidly growing user base.

Requirements:

• Professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or agile facilitator.
• Strong skills in Node.js and NestJS.
• Experience with MySQL (RDS), MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, and AWS.
• Beneficial: experience with Grafana, GitHub, SEQ, Bitwarden, TypeScript, or Golang.
