About the role
As a (Lead) .NET Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain cloud-native software solutions in a data-intensive environment.
You'll ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure - while also helping to define the technical direction within your team.
Your work will include migrating on-premises services to the cloud, building and improving CI/CD pipelines, and driving continuous improvement across development workflows.

What you'll do

• Mentor colleagues and perform code reviews to ensure quality
• Design, build, and optimize backend solutions in C# / .NET
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in a complex data landscape
• Migrate applications to the cloud, preferably Azure
• Monitor, test, and enhance system performance, reliability, and security
• Contribute to technical strategy and innovation within the team
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on collaboration and delivery

Who you are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in the financial domain
• 5+ years of experience as a backend or DevOps engineer (with .NET/C#)
• A do-it-yourself mentality with your team
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (preferably Azure) and preferably Azure Data Factory
• Skilled in CI/CD, software design, and automation
• Experience with frontend development, preferably Blazor
• A proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
