ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Product Designer who loves tackling big, complex problems and shaping thoughtful, intuitive experiences from start to finish. You’ll lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, and play a key role in shaping strategic product initiatives that move the business forward.

You’ll switch easily between broad exploration and detailed execution, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to build products that people trust and love.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to design, prototype, and ship great products
• Drive the end-to-end design process, from early exploration and research to polished execution
• Identify new opportunities that improve the user experience and strengthen our products
• Bring clarity to complex problems through systems thinking and collaboration
• Contribute to shaping how we work as a design team, sharing feedback and elevating design quality company-wide
  

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering impact
• Deeply curious and driven by understanding users and products
• High standards for craft and attention to detail - you care about how things look and how they work
• Equally comfortable zooming out to think big or diving in to refine pixels
• A clear communicator who builds trust with cross-functional partners
• Comfortable using data and insights to inform design decisions and validate ideas
• Curious about how AI can enhance creativity, efficiency, and the design process
• Confident in taking a stance, yet pragmatic and open to iteration as products evolve
