As a People & TA Coordinator at Acne Studios, you will support the daily operations of our People Department. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with talent acquisition and recruitment processes as well as provide administrative support across various People topics. If you’re eager to learn and feel a drive when connecting with people, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with us.

This is a temporary role running from January to November 2026, with the possibility of extension.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As People & TA Coordinator, you’ll provide support to the full People team across a variety of tasks and also be involved in Talent Acquisition, helping us find and welcome unique talents. You’ll play a key role in shaping a great candidate experience.

Key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting our People team with essential personnel tasks
  • Prepare personnel documents and certificates
  • Supporting in other administrative People related areas when needed
  • Craft job ads that reflect our brand and attract top talent
  • Coordinate interviews and keep the recruitment process running smoothly
  • Build strong talent pipelines and assist with sourcing
  • Keep our People systems sharp and accurate - because details matter
  • Support onboarding and People administration to make every employee feel welcome

Experience and skills that set you up for success:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or the fashion industry is a big plus
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint are your friends)
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
