As Senior Project Manager in our Transformation team within Tryg Finance, you will lead high-impact initiatives that enhance financial clarity, operational efficiency, and decision-making across Tryg. You will be at the forefront of projects that span financial governance, business development, and cross-functional collaboration - ensuring that our transformation efforts deliver measurable value.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects with a strong focus on financial outcomes and strategic alignment
• Drive initiatives that improve transparency, reporting, and financial control across the organization
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Units, and senior leadership to ensure stakeholder engagement and successful delivery
• Facilitate change management and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Contribute to the development of governance frameworks and project standards that support scalable transformation
  
  

Location: Stockholm, Malmö, or Copenhagen. The role involves Nordic collaboration, including occasional travel to other offices.

About you | Strategic, structured, and outcome-driven

We are looking for a project manager who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution. You thrive in complex environments and know how to turn vision into results.

To Be Successful In The Role, You Bring

• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation projects, preferably in Finance
• Master of Science in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial governance, reporting structures, and business value creation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizations
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language as well as English
  
  

You are a clear communicator, a skilled facilitator, and have an analytical mindset. You take ownership, work in a structured way, and are motivated by creating a lasting impact.
