Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ForenScope’s websites (WordPress, PHP, and Laravel frameworks) ensuring speed, security, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement UI/UX improvements and campaign-specific landing pages.
• Implement and refine SEO best practices (technical and on-page), optimize site structure, metadata, and performance metrics.
• Integrate tracking codes (GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, etc.) and manage sitemaps, indexing, redirects, and schema markup.
• Support blog and content updates, ensuring design consistency and SEO alignment.
• Occasionally support content and design teams with visual adjustments, design operations, and content updates for campaigns.
• Troubleshoot cross-browser and mobile responsiveness issues.
Requirements
• Education: MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in web development.
• Proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework for back-end development.
• Experience with WordPress (theme customization, plugin management, Elementor or similar builders).
• Familiarity with technical SEO tools and concepts (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, indexing, schema, canonical tags).
• Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical teams (content, design, video production) and translate their needs into technical implementations.
• Basic Git knowledge and familiarity with staging environments.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency for technical SEO and content operations.
Nice-to-Haves (Optional but Appreciated)
• Experience with Adobe XD / Figma or other wireframing tools.
• Ability to perform basic design edits (e.g., resizing banners, image optimization).
• Understanding of content marketing workflows and WordPress-based blog publishing.
• Basic understanding of video or multimedia asset embedding (YouTube, interactive elements).
• Curiosity about digital storytelling, branding, and content production trends.
