Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a React Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Poland. Our client is a leading SaaS platform for strategy execution that utilizes artificial intelligence. The solution provides tools, such as an OKR generator and a drafting module, that help organizations establish precise, measurable goals that align with customer expectations.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development.
- 4 years of commercial experience with React.
- Deep knowledge of CSS.
- Solid understanding of developing complex, scalable, cross-browser user interfaces and component libraries using React.
- Strong experience in writing unit tests.
- Knowledge of React Query and Redux is a huge plus.
- Experience in solving issues with memory leaks in JavaScript and app performance on React.
- A good demonstration of ownership and autonomy at work.
- Good understanding of design, typography, and UX.
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
