Your Role:

Our agile product teams are going through exciting changes that involve the design and development of new systems, improving existing systems and working with some of latest technologies available.

We’re looking for a DevOps Manager that will;

• Lead and mentor the DevOps engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement,
• Define and implement the DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmap,
• Oversee the design, development, and management of scalable and secure infrastructure solutions,
• Drive the optimization of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market,
• Establish and enforce best practices in system performance, security, observability, and scalability,
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Security, IT) to ensure smooth and reliable software delivery,
• Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and escalation processes to maintain system reliability and uptime,
• Evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance operational excellence,
• Own and manage vendor relationships and technology budgets related to infrastructure and DevOps tools,
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on KPIs, system health, and operational improvements.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role,
• Proven track record of leading high-performing DevOps or SRE teams,
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker),
• Expertise in CI/CD, automation frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible),
• Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability platforms (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana),
• Familiarity with middleware, caching, and messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis),
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and networking fundamentals,
• Hands-on scripting and automation experience (Python, Bash) with the ability to guide teams on best practices,
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills,
• Ability to define strategy, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment,
