Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement for digital wallet and pre-paid card products.
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritized requirements for technical teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage product backlog, create and maintain roadmap, and adjust scope and timelines based on evolving priorities.
• Lead UAT, integration, pilot, and production launch processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer support, legal, risk, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Drive scope definition, feasibility analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
• Lead UI/UX flow creation, test planning, and approval of user manuals/documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, acting as the main point of contact for product-related matters.
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance and profitability, providing actionable insights for growth

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience in digital wallets, payments, or related financial technology products.
• Having a knowledge of e-money regulations (e.g., Law No. 6493 ) and MASAK requirements.
• Hands-on experience in partnership management and technical integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Residing in Istanbul and open to a hybrid working model
