Your Role

  • Connect with the right audience through one-on-one or group meetings to understand customer needs, preferences, and insights.
  • Conduct field visits, monitor trends, and collect data to create actionable reports.
  • Collaborate with Product & Buying and Design Teams to analyze and evaluate evolving trends.
  • Use actual sales data to assess brand performance and identify opportunities.
  • Lead the process of creating a collection that aligns with customer needs and market demand.
  • Work with planning teams to finalize product clusters and determine orders.
  • Guide the Buying team to align collections with the season strategy and create a cohesive roadmap.
