We’re Hiring a Graphic Designer Specialist at Zorlu Performing Arts Center!

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer Specialist to join the inspiring and dynamic world of Zorlu PSM!

For over 12 years, Zorlu PSM has been hosting countless disciplines of art, continuing to contribute to the cultural and artistic scene with its innovative, diverse, and inclusive structure. With seven unique venues, it remains a platform that supports artistic production through the extraordinary experiences it offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and adaptation processes required for all events throughout the season, including posters, flyers, mailings, web and social media visuals, in-venue and Zorlu Center screen designs, ticketing materials, and other related assets.

• Review and ensure the alignment of visual concepts provided by external agencies with the brand identity; maintain visual consistency by providing feedback, revisions, and guidance when necessary.

• Develop and implement creative concepts for the visual language of PSM-branded festivals in line with given briefs.

• Prepare and deliver digital campaign visuals in accordance with the required technical specifications.

• Design event area branding, wayfinding, and field visuals in line with the concept, and provide support during production and installation processes.

• Respond to design requests from various Zorlu PSM departments and provide necessary creative support.

• Manage the entire design process for field activations in collaboration with the Food & Beverage and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience (preferably in the culture, events, or entertainment industry).

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). If you are experienced in other Creative Suite programs, please mention them in your application.

• Experienced in designing sales-oriented marketing campaigns and adapting visuals across digital and traditional media.

• Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

• Knowledge of digital advertising formats, social media assets, and responsive design principles.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about arts, culture, and live events.

• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
