As we expand our digital presence globally, we are looking for a results-driven and technically skilled E-Commerce & Digital Performance Manager to increase website traffic, boost online sales, and elevate the customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Role Overview

The E-Commerce & Digital Performance Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of MOEVA’s online sales channels. This role blends technical e-commerce managementdigital marketing execution, and customer experience optimization. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and proactive — passionate about growing traffic, improving conversion rates, and delivering a premium luxury experience online.

Key Responsibilities1. Drive Website Traffic & Growth
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to increase qualified website traffic and brand visibility.
  • Execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM performance, including keyword strategy, backlinks, and content optimization.
  • Collaborate with content and social media teams to align storytelling with traffic-driving initiatives.
  • Analyze traffic sources and ROI to identify and scale high-performing channels.
2. Optimize Customer Experience & Conversion
  • Continuously improve site UX/UI, navigation, and mobile responsiveness to create a seamless luxury shopping experience.
  • Conduct A/B testing, heatmapping, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experiments.
  • Personalize customer journeys using CRM tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar) and behavioral data.
  • Oversee customer service touchpoints to ensure premium standards and satisfaction.
  • Work with developers to enhance site speed, checkout flow, and on-site engagement.
3. E-Commerce Operations
  • Manage daily online operations via Shopify.
  • Ensure product uploads, visuals, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and SEO-optimized.
  • Coordinate inventory visibility and sync with warehouse and logistics systems.
  • Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to maintain a cohesive digital storefront.
4. Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
  • Build dashboards using Google Analytics 4GTM, and Looker Studio for actionable insights.
  • Present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics.
  • 4–7 years of e-commerce and performance marketing experience, ideally within luxury fashion or lifestyle.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Klaviyo, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRO tools.
  • Proven track record of increasing website traffic and improving conversion rates.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI, analytics, and customer journey mapping.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, digital innovation, and delivering world-class customer experiences.
