Role Overview

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be support employee services processes and transactions in line with the agreed service catalogue and SLAs. You will assist with the delivery of standardized reporting and analytics and will leverage required HR systems and tools to meet the process requirements. This role requires attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Execute HR services according to defined SLAs/KPIs, contributing to operational efficiency;
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR transactions and processes;
  • Support identification of process improvement opportunities within your scope;
  • Provide consistent and professional customer service, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements;
  • Collaborate with the team to improve employee experience related to HR processes;
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers for basic HR queries and administrative support;
  • Deliver HR administration tasks to high standards (e.g., letters, time and attendance, absences, general queries);
  • Maintain HR systems (e.g., Time & Attendance) with accurate and confidential employee data;
  • Escalate system or process issues when needed;
  • Work closely with other HR teams and HR Business Partners;
  • Help keep the knowledge management platform up to date;
  • Support internal and external audit compliance activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or shared services;
  • Experience with HR processes and SLA delivery is a plus;
  • Familiarity with service or ticket management systems;
  • Experience supporting HR services in a local market;
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Turkish, Spanish, German or French) are a plus;
  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams across geographies;
  • Basic Excel skills;
  • Strong communicaton skills;
  • Proven commitment to delivering quality service.
