What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting learning and development initiatives in alignment with global and local strategies
• Preparing annual and ad-hoc training plans, and managing participant processes end-to-end
• Tracking and maintaining training data through the Learning Management System (LMS) and SAP SuccessFactors
• Contributing to HR analytics processes by collecting, organizing, and reporting learning-related data (e.g., participation rates, evaluation results, training effectiveness)
• Assisting in needs analysis, design, and execution of learning projects, ensuring data-based decision-making
• Collaborating closely with global L&D teams to implement company-wide learning programs
• Preparing training communication materials and supporting digital learning campaigns
• Assisting in the development and application of digital learning tools, e-learning modules, and innovative learning solutions
• Following up on post-training evaluations and preparing analytical reports for key stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Learning & Development
• Strong interest in data-driven HR and continuous learning culture
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or Learning Management Systems is a strong plus
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and coordination skills
• A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with a passion for digital learning and innovation
