What Are We Looking for in Our New Team Member?
- To prepare the blue-collar employee budget in line with Human Resources planning and strategy.
- To carry out blue-collar “Recruitment and Placement” processes in parallel with budgets.
- To collect, evaluate data regarding the organizational structure and processes, and to develop projects in line with the analysis results.
- To lead the creation and monitoring of HR metrics.
- To plan and execute necessary actions to increase employee satisfaction and job performance,
- To manage the factory disciplinary board processes.
- To follow up on union processes and matters within the scope of the collective bargaining agreement.
- To monitor personnel affairs processes and ensure compliance with legal regulations,
- To actively implement internal Human Resources procedures and practices.
- To take part in supporting organizational development processes, taking an active role in related projects, and ensuring the implementation of projects in responsible departments/functions.

What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For?
- If you are a graduate of universities' Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Social Sciences.
- If you have at least 4 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
- If you have experience in Human Resources Business Partnership and Industrial Relations.
- If you have previous experience in the production sector, in the field operations processes of Human Resources.
- If you can say, "I can approach HR processes with an analytical perspective."
- If you have an advanced level of English proficiency.
- If you have strong organizational, planning, and analytical competencies.
