Human Resources Chief

Fraport TAV Antalya was established by the joint initiative of Fraport AG and TAV Airports Holding and is responsible for the operation and development of Antalya Airport.

As part of our growing HR team at Antalya Airport, we are looking for a “Human Resources Chief” to our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, master’s degree preferred,
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the functions of Human Resources (learning & development, recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee experience),
• Proven experience in team management,
• Proficient in SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors modules. SAP implementation experience is an asset,
• Strong data-driven decision-making, analytical, and reporting skills,
• Experience in learning & development plans / designs, project management, change management, and process improvement,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with modern HR analytics,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Description

• Execute Human Resources plans in alignment with the company’s strategic goals,
• Structure and coordinate recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement programs,
• Design and implement projects aimed at strengthening the employer brand and corporate culture,
• Develop HR performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems, and present analytical results to senior management,
• Effectively manage the transition processes related to SAP HR / SuccessFactors projects,
• Prepare annual training plans; manage internal and external training processes in line with legal requirements and development needs,
• Lead organizational development, change management, and talent pipeline projects,
• Collaborate closely with business units and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies in the field,
• Lead the HR Learning & Development team, build development plans, and foster a high-motivation work environment.
