As part of our growing HR team at Antalya Airport, we are looking for a “Human Resources Chief” to our team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, master’s degree preferred,
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the functions of Human Resources (learning & development, recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee experience),
- Proven experience in team management,
- Proficient in SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors modules. SAP implementation experience is an asset,
- Strong data-driven decision-making, analytical, and reporting skills,
- Experience in learning & development plans / designs, project management, change management, and process improvement,
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with modern HR analytics,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Job Description
- Execute Human Resources plans in alignment with the company’s strategic goals,
- Structure and coordinate recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement programs,
- Design and implement projects aimed at strengthening the employer brand and corporate culture,
- Develop HR performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems, and present analytical results to senior management,
- Effectively manage the transition processes related to SAP HR / SuccessFactors projects,
- Prepare annual training plans; manage internal and external training processes in line with legal requirements and development needs,
- Lead organizational development, change management, and talent pipeline projects,
- Collaborate closely with business units and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies in the field,
- Lead the HR Learning & Development team, build development plans, and foster a high-motivation work environment.
