We are looking for a Rich Media Developer to create interactive, engaging, and high-performance digital ad experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves developing dynamic ads, interactive banners, animations, and immersive content using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and motion graphics tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in rich media advertising, responsive design, animation frameworks, and ad-serving platforms. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to bring creative concepts to life and ensure flawless delivery across all devices and platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Rich Media Development

  • Develop interactive and responsive rich media ad units, animated banners, and immersive digital experiences.
  • Utilize HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and libraries like GSAP, CreateJS, PhaserJS, PixiJS, Three.js to create engaging creatives.
  • Implement device sensor integration (accelerometer, gyroscope, camera, microphone) for interactive ad experiences.

Video Integration & Animation

  • Integrate VAST/VPAID video players with adaptive streaming and audio controls.
  • Use motion graphics, SVG animation, Google Web Designer (GWD), Adobe Animate, and WebGL to enhance ad creatives.

Optimization & Compatibility

  • Optimize rich media assets for performance, fast load times, and cross-device/browser compatibility.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect execution, responsive design, and adherence to ad platform guidelines.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth execution across different environments.

Ad Serving & Analytics

  • Integrate and test rich media ads within Google Marketing Platform, DV360, Celtra, FlashTalking, or similar ad platforms.
  • Implement A/B testing, analytics tracking, and performance optimization for ad campaigns.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with designers, marketers, and developers to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in digital advertising and interactive media.


Required Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in rich media ad development.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like GSAP, PixiJS, or Three.js.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, animation principles, frontend development, and interactive UX/UI.
  • Experience with Google Web Designer and Adobe Animate for motion and layout design.
  • Familiarity with video ad formats (VAST, VPAID) and video player integration.
  • Expertise in cross-browser debugging, version control (Git/GitHub)
  • Ability to optimize creative assets for performance and load speed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising, creative automation, and data-driven dynamic creatives.
  • Familiarity with video encoding, adaptive streaming techniques, and advanced JavaScript frameworks.
  • Interest in creative automation technologies and ad-tech innovations.
  • Experience with GitHub collaboration workflows and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Gulp).
