Whether you go by interaction designer, digital designer or UI/UX designer is not that important - what matters most is the mindset and passion you have for designing a next-generation audio production and collaboration product.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in UX/UI, Interaction Design, or a related field; relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
• Experience designing complex digital products is valued, but above all, you have a passion for learning, exploring new ideas, and pushing your design skills forward.
• Expertise in Interaction Design, Motion Design, Inclusive Design, and Human Interface Design.
• Ability to switch effortlessly between holistic systems thinking and pixel-perfect execution.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual hierarchy to create efficient and delightful user experiences.
• Solid skills of Figma — our go-to tool for designing, prototyping, and documenting seamless user experiences
• Experience collaborating in interdisciplinary product teams alongside technologists and product managers to create cohesive, user-centered solutions.
