Description:

We are seeking a visionary Head of Product Design to lead all Design and UX functions across the

group. This role will define and execute the company’s product design strategy, and user

experience standards across all products — including trading apps, client and partner

portals, and back-office tools.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will ensure that every visual and interactive element across our ecosystem reflects clarity, confidence, and consistency. You will also be responsible for maintaining the brand book, developing a scalable design system, and nurturing a high-performing design team that delivers world-class digital experiences for traders and partners.

Main tasks and responsibilities

● Lead all design and UX initiatives across the group, covering, desktop, mobile, and internal systems.

● Maintain and evolve the brand identity and design guidelines across all company products and channels.

● Build, mentor, and scale a cross-functional design team (UX/UI)

● Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure unified design execution.

● Own the UX direction for the trading platforms, optimizing for engagement, clarity, and trust.

● Establish and manage a design system ensuring visual consistency and development efficiency.

● Implement user research, usability testing, and feedback loops into design decisions.

● Partner with data analytics to evaluate UX performance and conversion metrics.

● Promote a product-led culture within the organization, where design thinking drives business outcomes

Education and Experience

● 5+ years of experience in a design leadership role.

● Proven experience designing trading or financial platforms (desktop and mobile).

● Strong understanding of UX for complex financial products, data visualization, and

trading behavior.

● Demonstrated success in building / nurturing or leading in-house design teams within

fintech or SaaS environments.

● Mastery of Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

● Strong attention to design consistency, performance, and scalability.

Nice to Have

● Experience developing multi-product design systems for fintech or trading ecosystems.

● Background in motion design, animations, or interaction micro-design.

● Knowledge of usability testing frameworks and design research processes.
