Description:

The Project Manager / Epic Owner is responsible for executing medium-sized projects and EPICs, ensuring that all related activities are completed in line with organizational policies, quality standards, and financial and time constraints. This role includes managing two distinct project management models:

• Gate Model: Used as guidance or governance support.
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Setup: Where the project is called an EPIC and the project owner is referred to as the Epic Owner.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of projects/EPICs, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, budget, and compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Define main guidelines, allocate project tasks, and manage internal and external resources.
• Provide performance feedback for allocated resources working on the projects.
• Maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating different types of project deliverables.
• Ensure all activities follow organizational standards and requirements.
  
  
  

The Project Manager / Epic Owner will be responsible for guiding the team to accomplish all tasks and milestones, supporting the project team/SAFe teams, and ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects/EPICs.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Certified Project Manager (e.g., PMP or IPMA Level C/D certification).
• Certified SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Ability to manage projects of varying size, complexity, and contractual types.
  
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience, handling projects of different sizes, complexities, and contractual types.
• Relevant experience in EPIC management, specifically in electronics product development (hardware, software, FPGA, and mechanics).
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, or
• A technical degree with 10-15 years of relevant field experience.
• Fluent communication skills in English.

• Job Location: Västerås, Sweden (Limited remote work, on-site preferred).
• Sector: The role involves system solutions for power network protection and control, including product lines in relays, control systems, and remote terminal units (RTUs).
