We’re looking for a Country Total Rewards Specialist to join our Nordic Market Unit — a trusted advisor with a hands-on approach, analytical mindset, and a great sense of humor. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs are fair, competitive, and aligned with both local practices and global strategy.

What you’ll do:
Act as Norway’s Compensation & Benefits expert
Lead salary reviews, benchmarking, and off-cycle adjustments
Collaborate with Local HR Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate payroll inputs and partner with HR and business leaders
Advise on complex reward cases and local benefits
Support performance-based pay reviews and reward analytics
Collaborate closely with the Nordic Total Rewards team to share insights and best practices
What we’re looking for:
Experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in a global organization
Strong analytical and Excel / Power BI skills
Familiarity with Workday and Norwegian labor regulations
A structured, detail-oriented team player who loves getting things done
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Someone who enjoys collaboration, brings positive energy, and isn’t afraid to have fun at work.
