Chief Risk Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Framework:

Establish risk management framework compliant with ADGM regulatory requirements

• Operational Resilience:

Oversee cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans for digital asset systems.

Manage third-party risk assessments for banking partners and tech vendors.

Overseeing the development and implementation of the company's risk manage-ment framework, policies, and procedures to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with the stablecoin business

• Licensing Support:

Develop risk management documentation for FSRA license submission

• Governance:

Present risk appetite statements and mitigation strategies to the Board.

Collaborate with legal teams to align policies with ADGM’s Digital Assets Regulation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related field; FRM/PRM certification preferred.

• Experience: 5+ years in risk management experience with financial institutions in ADGM.

• Skills: Expertise quantitative modeling, and RegTech solutions.

• Attributes: Strategic thinker, adept at balancing innovation with regulatory compliance.
