Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in helping our project teams stay on track. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects of various sizes.
- Assisting with tracking project scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Helping maintain accurate resource and cost data across projects.
- Preparing reports on project progress, financials, and forecasts.
- Reviewing project costs and ensuring they align with budgets.
- Documenting progress in engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Ensuring all reporting meets company and client standards.
- Supporting change management processes and updates to project systems.
- Assisting with client invoicing and reviewing subcontractor costs.
- Compiling weekly and monthly project status updates.
- Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience or internship in project management or consultancy
- A keen interest in infrastructure and project delivery.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of project reporting and scheduling (training provided).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
