Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend APIs to ensure reliable and scalable solutions
• Build, operate, and own services using modern development tools
• Work on scalable solutions that impact thousands of users daily
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape and enhance platform features
• Involvement in planning, implementation, development, architecture and maintenance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the system by solving complex technical challenges

Role Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a backend engineer
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot development and related ecosystems
• Understanding of microservice architecture and experience with cloud platforms
• Strong communication skills to discuss technical topics with stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership over key client projects and assignments
• Fluent in Swedish and English, with a customer-oriented and pragmatic approach to solving complex problems quickly
