The Role

As a Senior Java Developer, you’ll lead projects using our innovative software solutions, working closely with a cross-Nordic team of experts. Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities, and you’ll play a key role in building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development efforts for cutting-edge insurance systems in Sweden.
• Solve complex technical challenges, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
• Collaborate with a skilled, cross-country team to deliver tailored solutions.
• Adapt technical implementations to meet the evolving needs of the financial sector.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to visualize holistic solutions.
• Proficiency with databases, particularly DB2.
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, GitLab, and Confluence is a plus.
• Experience in the financial sector or insurance domain is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required.
