We’re hunting for a Junior Graphic & UI/UX Designer who’s equal parts pixel-perfect craftsperson and boundary-pusher. Someone fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, obsessed with UI/UX flow, and ready to create visuals and interfaces that feel less like “designs” and more like experiences people can’t forget.

What You’ll Do:


Design visuals that cut through the noise—social, digital, packaging—everywhere our brands show up.


Build UI/UX mockups in Figma that make our products feel seamless, addictive, and undeniably Batch.


Turn ideas into brand-first experiences across campaigns, product pages, and client decks.


Develop call-to-action visuals and flows that don’t just look good but drive clicks, scans, and sales.


Create mockups and concept decks that help clients see the future of their brand.


Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales—protecting consistency while bending the rules where it matters.


Be part of the crew shaping Batch’s design language across every touchpoint.


What We’re Looking For

Fluency in Figma—wireframing, prototyping, and UI/UX design that feels alive.


Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).


A portfolio that proves you know how to make brands look, feel, and work better online.


Obsession with details but speed to execute when deadlines hit hard.


A collaborative mindset but the guts to push bold creative ideas.


Experience juggling multiple projects without losing the edge.


Onsite, five days a week—you need to feel the energy in the room.


Bonus Points:


Motion graphics or video chops.


Experience with luxury, consumer goods, or culture-driven brands.


Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles.


Visual merchandising or event branding work.
