About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer (AI/ML) to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-driven solutions that enhance automation, intelligence, and performance across business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Python skills, a solid understanding of MLOps practices, and experience working with cloud-native and Kubernetes-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using Python and modern frameworks.
• Design, train, test, and deploy ML models for production environments.
• Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for model deployment.
• Implement MLOps best practices for CI/CD, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build efficient data and ML pipelines.
• Optimize and serve large models (LLMs) using frameworks such as vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or SGLang (nice to have).
• Utilize MLflow, Seldon, Triton Inference Server, or Ray Serve for model orchestration and serving (nice to have).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Python programming for AI/ML development.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model training, and deployment.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and model versioning workflows.
• Good understanding of LLM model optimization and inference frameworks (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
