Our award-winning startup (supported by SMU BIG, NTU, HKSTP Ideation, PolyU) builds a gamified, interactive platform that helps educate parents early childhood principles, to provide ongoing support for their children — through interactive education and AI.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Tech Co-founder

What You’ll Do

• Lead and build the technical foundation of Artistry Heals — from prototype to public release.
• Design scalable architectures for our app and web platform using Flutter, Firebase, and cloud analytics, or other modern frameworks with similar capabilities.
• Prototype interactive minigames that make emotional learning playful — think Duolingo-style micro-exercises with visuals, sound, and feedback.
• Collaborate with designers, psychologists, and educators to turn emotional literacy and regulation concepts into game mechanics.
• Oversee testing, app deployment, and performance optimization, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Guide interns or contributors, mentor junior devs, and maintain strong version control and documentation culture.
• Explore AI integrations (e.g., personalized insights, emotional feedback, voice or sentiment recognition) with ethical data use.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, Game Design, or Cybersecurity
• Passion for your tech field of interest.
• Experience in Flutter / React Native / Firebase / Node.js / Python or similar stacks.
• Understanding of emotion recognition, speech sentiment analysis, and generative AI is a plus.
• Experience in game development using Unity, Godot, or similar engines is a huge plus.
• Hackathon winners or builders with strong project portfolios are especially welcome.
• Based in Singapore (preferred), or remote-friendly.
• University students are also welcomed to apply, provided they meet the required technical skills.
