- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience with iOS application development in C++.

- Experience with the Chrome Tech Stack, C++, web application development, full-stack development, and related technologies.

- Understanding of user needs and translating them into innovative solutions.
- Ability to embrace and master the wide range of technologies continually utilized in a large-scale project like Chrome.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build the underlying infrastructure to enable AI-based browser features.
- Collaborate closely with other Chrome iOS pods to build and ship AI features.
- Develop prototypes quickly to validate interactions and product designs.
- Optimize applications to maximize speed and scale, factoring in mobile network latency and bandwidth constraints.
- Work in the open-source Chromium repository as well as Google’s proprietary code base.
