- Review system requirements with customers and translate them into specific functions or deliverables
- Plan, schedule, and manage multiple IT projects requiring computer resources
- Partner closely with Analyst teams and key stakeholders to uphold agile methodologies
- Maintain ongoing relationships between the IT department and its application customers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 6 years of system implementation experience, including directing major information system projects
- OR High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience
- OR Associate’s Degree with 7 years of experience
- ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of position start date
- Proven experience directing Patient Access initiatives within the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) platform
- Experience with Epic Cadence or Prelude projects and build activities
- Epic certifications in Prelude or Access
- Scrum Master or PMP certification
