Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of organizational data. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data quality management within government sector institutions or environmental management contexts, ensuring compliance with international data standards and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor data quality frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular data audits and validation processes to identify and resolve inconsistencies or inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data quality standards aligned with organizational objectives.
• Implement data cleansing, enrichment, and governance tools to improve overall data reliability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 8000 Data Quality Standards and other relevant regulations.
• Prepare data quality reports, metrics, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance on best practices in data management and data quality improvement.
• Support data migration, integration, and transformation projects to maintain high data integrity.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in data quality management, preferably within government or environmental management sectors.
• Proven experience in data auditing, profiling, cleansing, and governance.
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) – Associate Level.
• Data Quality Certification Auditor (ISO 8000) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in data management tools, SQL, and data visualization software is an advantage.
