We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join us as part of our team.

About the role

Our Front-End, built in React and TypeScript, is functional but under-documented and ready for modernization. We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer who can take ownership of the FE direction, make architecture-level decisions, and bring the UI to the next level of scalability, performance, and maintainability. This role is highly independent and requires comfort working in a low-documentation environment.

About the project

We are developing a distributed platform for data management and protection used by cloud-driven enterprises. The platform enables secure and seamless migration to the cloud, ensuring complete control over the data lifecycle. It unifies management, governance, and protection in one interface, delivering a consistent user experience and enabling collaboration across environments.

3 BE, 2 FE, 1 QA, Team Lead, CTO

Work Environment

Ukrainian/Israeli timezone, Weekly grooming calls, weekly team syncs, 1/1 tasks syncs with tech lead, monthly retros

As a qualified expert, You will

• Own and evolve FE architecture and coding standards.
• Modernize and refactor existing codebase.
• Develop new features and integrations with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Ensure high-quality UI delivery in a distributed environment.

We’re looking for you if you have

• 5+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript, including architecture-level decision-making.
• Strong understanding of modern FE architecture, state management, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a codebase with limited documentation.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and cloud-based environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with distributed teams.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and performance optimization is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience defining long-term FE strategy and technical vision.
• Familiarity with enterprise design systems and accessibility standards.
• Background in large-scale UI modernization projects.
