We’re looking for a Senior SDET to help elevate the quality and reliability of our growing suite of SaaS platforms. In this role, you’ll build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, partner closely with developers to improve testability, and play a key role in embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Build automation frameworks for API, integration, UI, and performance testing that are scalable and easy to maintain
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to deliver fast, reliable feedback
- Collaborate with developers and QA to improve testability and ensure full coverage of edge cases
- Enhance system testability by shaping API contracts, promoting clean architecture, and supporting mocking/stubbing of external systems
- Lead debugging efforts, root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes to improve system reliability
- Enhance system observability to detect and address issues early in development
- Drive process improvements that boost testing effectiveness and reduce release cycle time
- Ensure alignment with security, scalability, and performance standards
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript with clean, maintainable test code
- Hands-on experience building test frameworks from scratch
- Deep understanding of test automation strategies: unit, integration, E2E, performance
- Familiarity with TDD, BDD, and automation best practices
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Comfort with databases and data handling
- Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize testing workflows
- Strong collaboration and communication skills—you’ll be a key partner to both the dev and QA teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality software
