Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered digital products from concept through execution, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and evolve brand identities that align with Parallel’s mission and values to create consistent, compelling visual narratives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Leverage agency experience to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iteratively improve product experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating agency work and brand design expertise.
- Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalents.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and brand strategy development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear visual designs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
