As a Business Analyst, you will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into effective solutions. You’ll work closely with project managers, developers, and end users to optimize processes, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into effective solutions. You’ll work closely with project managers, developers, and end users to optimize processes, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs and objectives.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to propose solutions that align with business requirements and constraints.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Testing and Validation: Assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet business needs, and support stakeholders through the implementation phase.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends to support decision-making and provide insights to improve business processes.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with enterprise software solutions or SaaS platforms.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing processes.
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
