We’re recruiting for a leading contractor delivering award-winning CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager ready to take ownership of complex schemes, upwards of £15 million.

You’ll work alongside industry-leading teams, managing projects for Tier 1 clients in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment that rewards initiative and supports long-term development.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of major fit-out/refurb projects
• Coordinate with design, commercial, and site teams from preconstruction through handover
• Ensure key programme, cost, and quality milestones are achieved
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
• Lead site teams with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing high end CAT A & CAT B fit-out/refurbishment projects, ideally over £10 million
• Rising stars - people who want to make a name of themselves in the industry
• Proven ability to manage programmes, teams, and client expectations
• Background with a respected main contractor or specialist fit-out firm
