We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to oversee our DevOps strategy, tools, and practices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of DevOps engineers, collaborate with development and operations teams, and drive automation, scalability, and reliability across our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through monitoring and alerting.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA, and IT teams to streamline deployment processes.
• Implement and enforce security best practices across environments.
• Drive automation of manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve DevOps practices.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and optimize cost and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, etc.).
