We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to oversee our DevOps strategy, tools, and practices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of DevOps engineers, collaborate with development and operations teams, and drive automation, scalability, and reliability across our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through monitoring and alerting.
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA, and IT teams to streamline deployment processes.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across environments.
- Drive automation of manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve DevOps practices.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and optimize cost and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile and DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, etc.).
