We're looking for Associate Digital Product Manager to support our digital products. This role will support our Adviser Online, calculators and digital advice. As an Associate Digital Product Manager, you'll help explore, prioritise, and deliver digital product improvements that align with our broader strategy and vision. This means analysing performance and reporting on key outcomes using a data-driven approach. You'll also handle digital product governance activities, like risk and change management, in a complex and regulated environment.
This role is available as a 12-month max-term/secondment opportunity.
We have office locations in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne but we would be happy to consider candidates in other locations too.
About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- You have experience in digital product management, business analysis, user experience, or other related digital capabilities.
- Your strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, along with your ability to learn the technical capabilities of products, sets you apart.
- You're equipped with advanced analytical skills, using various data sources to derive insights, structure performance reporting, and inform improvement opportunities.
- You're driven, highly organised, and methodical in your approach to solving complex problems in a team and/or broad stakeholder environment.
- Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build relationships across an organisation.
- Your strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for reporting and presenting to stakeholders.
