About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and self-sufficient Business Analyst for short term contract to support the development of go-to-market packs for two strategic technology services:

• Cyber Labs – High-End ICT Delivery Infrastructure Review
• ServiceNow Replatform

This role requires a proactive professional who can quickly grasp scope, engage with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define objectives for the go-to-market packs.
• Analyse existing infrastructure and service capabilities related to Cyber Labs and ServiceNow.
• Develop clear, structured documentation, briefing materials, and presentations to support market engagement strategy.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in current service delivery models.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and provide advice on implications of early engagement.
• Maintain effective communication with client and Fujitsu teams throughout the engagement.

Requirements and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ICT, education, or government sectors.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure reviews and service replatforming projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and market engagement strategies (highly desirable).
• 6 to 8 weeks engagement
