Your Role

We’re looking for a Technology Business Analyst to join our agile Broker Trading Platforms team, supporting the delivery and enhancement of broker-facing systems. This role is part of a platform support team and we’re after someone who thrives in ongoing delivery environments, brings strong technical analysis skills, and enjoys solving complex problems. You’ll contribute to application design, documentation, production support, and deployment activities, while working closely with developers, testers, product owners and iteration managers.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, cross-functional team that values flexibility, shared ownership and continuous learning. Insurance domain knowledge is a bonus, but what matters most is your ability to work across systems, communicate effectively, and deliver quality outcomes.

This is a full-time opportunity open to those based in Australia and Aotearoa, New Zealand, with flexible hybrid working options. Our team values collaboration and connection, so we work together in the office for 10 days each month, with Wednesday as our regular anchor day.
