We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to enhance our team by creating scalable and efficient applications.

In this role, you will collaborate with an active group of developers and stakeholders to deliver modern solutions utilizing cutting-edge frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality backend systems with Python, prioritizing the use of FastAPI
• Design reliable APIs in conjunction with frontend developers
• Optimize databases and manage data storage or retrieval using SQL
• Lead containerization and orchestration efforts with Docker and Kubernetes
• Facilitate integration and deployment processes in cloud environments like Amazon Web Services
• Collaborate with diverse teams to align architecture with organizational objectives
• Resolve performance issues and technical challenges efficiently
• Contribute to code reviews for maintaining a clean and organized codebase
• Automate workflows and pipelines to support the development lifecycle
• Document projects comprehensively and offer technical input during planning

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience creating backend applications with Python
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services
• Skills in developing user interfaces with ReactJS or Svelte using TypeScript
• Competency in managing containerized environments and workflows with Docker and Kubernetes
• Expertise in integrating and administering SQL-based databases
• Background in working with Golang or other backend languages is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience conducting automated testing in JavaScript ecosystems
• E2E testing skills using platforms such as Playwright or Selenium
• Knowledge of developer-focused platforms like Backstage
• Capability to improve code quality using tools like SonarQube
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows leveraging GitHub Actions
