SENIOR FRONT END ENGINEER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Front End Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a technology company specializing in AI-powered healthcare consumer experience (CX) platforms.

You’ll build frontend web applications primarily in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You work as part of a small cross-functional team to deliver features on the roadmap and continually maintain and improve a specific product area.

Requirements

7+ years working with React/Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Knowledge of modern web frameworks.

Experience building and maintaining automated test suites.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and maintain frontend web applications.

Participate in technical design and planning discussions.

Uphold standards for quality by performing code reviews, fixing bugs, creating automated tests, and monitoring performance.

Collaborate with UX designers to build polished user interfaces.

Adhere to all system operation policies, including but not limited to Access Control, Encryption Control, Logging, Change Management, Platform Security, System Configuration, Physical and Incident Management policies.

Write high-quality code with automated test coverage.

Deliver work on well-communicated timelines.

Write clean, correct code with guidance and consistently follow the stated best practices.

Understand how their work fits into the team's and the company's objectives.

Prioritize tasks without getting caught up in unimportant details.

Communicate assumptions and clarify tasks up front to minimize rework.

Solicit feedback from others and give timely, helpful feedback to peers and managers.

Security-related Responsibilities

Provide compliance with Information Security Policies.

Write and review code following Secure Coding Guidelines.

Perform as an incident responder according to the Incident Response Policy.
