Responsibilities

  • Control budgets and expenses to achieve financial objectives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project scope and requirements
  • Apply SDLC methodologies to maintain quality standards throughout project phases
  • Break down project scope into manageable tasks and deliverables
  • Track project progress to guarantee timely completion and deadline compliance
  • Lead negotiations and reach agreements with clients and partners
  • Maintain traceability of requirements to ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Adjust project plans and approaches in response to evolving conditions or feedback
  • Work with technical teams to comprehend workflows and ensure quality engineering outcomes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure clear communication and engagement
  • Set personal objectives and handle tasks independently
  • Document project status and report updates to senior leadership
  • Assist in product management tasks including backlog oversight and product vision alignment
  • Promote continuous process enhancements within project workflows

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, delivery management, project coordination, or Scrum Master roles
  • Knowledge of budget and cost management concepts
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
  • Understanding of requirements traceability management
  • Experience implementing SDLC methodologies
  • Skill in decomposing project scope effectively
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to adapt to change and uncertainty
  • Proven negotiation skills for conflict resolution and agreement facilitation
  • Knowledge of software engineering processes and principles
  • Experience with product management or product owner duties, including backlog management
  • Capacity to set goals and maintain discipline with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above
