Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung deiner Filiale
- Erreichung der Budgetziele
- Personalauswahl sowie die Personalbedarfsplanung
- Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Trainings
- Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft idealerweise im Einzelhandel
- Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse
- Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben
- Internationale Entwicklungsperspektiven
- Das monatliche Gehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens EUR 2.807,00 brutto Startgehalt für 38,5/Woche. Bei vorhandener Berufserfahrung entsprechend mehr. Zusätzlich bieten wir ein attraktives Prämiensystem
