Junior Technical Product Manager (w/m/d) in Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, as well as develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility while translating business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact and effort, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and participate in solution functional architecture discussions.
• Effectively communicate product updates, timelines, and risks to technical teams and business stakeholders.
  
  

Required Qualifications (Mandatory):

• Completed technical degree (e.g., Master in ICT / Digital Transformation) and at least 1 year of professional experience in Product management, Project management or Digital Transformation
• Ability to work as a team player as well as independently and in a structured manner
• Skills in SAFe, Scrum, and PMP are advantageous
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Language skills: English (C1) and German (at least B2)

Your annual gross target salary is at least EUR 46,000 (all-in) for a Specialist position. Depending on qualifications and experience, we will agree on your actual salary in a personal discussion. You have more to offer than the minimum? So do we. Your salary will increase annually with us.
