About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our growing management and IT consulting team.

In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of IT infrastructure transformation and implementation projects across enterprise environments, focusing on areas such as networking, data centres, cloud migration, endpoint management, and security. You will ensure alignment with client needs, technical standards, and project governance frameworks.

You’ll work closely with internal technical teams, clients, and external vendors to deliver robust and secure infrastructure solutions. Fluency in both German and English is essential, as you will collaborate with international and German-speaking clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage technical delivery teams covering network, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains.
• Define and maintain detailed project plans, track risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architecture, operations, and business continuity.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, communicating effectively in German and English.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and timelines while maintaining compliance with governance and security standards.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and change management throughout infrastructure transitions.
• Drive service improvement and ITIL-aligned process enhancements where applicable.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience leading IT infrastructure or cloud transformation projects, ideally within consulting or regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharma, or Financial Services).
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management across technical engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure implementation, migration, or integration projects (networking, servers, cloud, or security).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems (Active Directory, Azure, AWS, M365, VMware, etc.).
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• M&A infrastructure integration experience is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile Practitioner are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
