IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role ensures alignment with business goals, manages cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
    • Lead project execution, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on progress, risks, and issues.
    • Ensure documentation and reporting meet audit and compliance standards.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution.
    • Optimize resource utilization and resolve capacity conflicts.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external partners.
    • Manage vendor deliverables and ensure contract compliance.
  • Tools & Methodologies
    • Use project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Oracle, MS Project) to manage tasks and timelines.
    • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
    • Promote best practices in project governance and delivery.
Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
